"I made this bread bowl to go with a chili recipe also from this site. I substituted 1 cup of flour for whole wheat flour since I have some I wanted to use up. I also added a bit more buttermilk because it was a little dry. The bread came out nice and soft and tasted great. Because I didn't have the cup to make it into a bowl I tried using the under side of a muffin pan. The dough shrunk so that it didn't come out as a bowl. They mad great biscuits though. Overall, this recipe is a keeper. My roommate loved it too."

"Made them without the cheese, but still good. Had to add extra milk because the batter was too dry."

"These were great. I surprised myself with how well they came out. I did find them too cheesy though but that might be my fault. Since I'm using a dorm kitchen to only cook for me I had to cut the recipee by 75% so that I wouldn't make too much. I did manage to make two like I wanted but I might have gotten the ingredient proportions wrong when I altered the recipee. Other than that, these were great and I will make them again with better measurements"
