"Love this meatloaf. I always make more sauce. We like to heat it up then drizzle more over each slice on our plates. Some time I just use ground turkey, still very moist. "

"We liked this. Very easy. I place my chicken into a slow cooker after browning them, with all the sauce ingredients. I served with a side salad, and steamed rice. We had one of my daughters friends over the night I served this and she really liked it."

"This was very easy. I made mine with out the biscuits on top, and no peas, I covered the top with grated parmesan cheese. I put it in a heavy crock in a low oven for several hours. I made home made biscuits just before serving. I also severed the peas on the side, so you could sprinkle them over the top if you like peas. Then I served the biscuits cut open then spooned the chicken and sauce over the top then sprinkled the peas. Very good I will make again. "

Very easy. Moist. Love the frosting. I will make again. I think, I will try some chocolate chips next time. Just to jazz it up a little.

This was very good. I used canned black beans, and chicken breast. I also cut down the amount of taco seasoning to two table spoons so that it was not too salty. I also added frozen roasted corn. I served it with garlic bread sticks.

This was very good. So easy. I did not have corn tortillas, so I used corn chips they were very good. I used green olives instead of the chilies, and the cream of celery soup. My husband really liked this dish. I also added frozen oven roasted corn to the meat mixture. The corn added nice color to the dish.
