Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Potato Salad
This is good, but to make it even better, peel and cut the potatoes into salad-size cubes before boiling; start in cool water and bring to a full boil for about 10 minutes (check for doneness but don't overcook). Drain into collander. Allow to cool slightly and combine with dressing while potatoes are still warm. This will allow the flavor to go into the potatoes, instead of merely coating them.

These aren't very good. Actually they're not good at all. They're not sweet at all and taste mostly like flour. I'm wondering if the small amount of sugar is a missprint.
