Baked Chicken Taquitos with Green Chiles and Avocado Yogurt Dip
Filling was great, as was the dip. However, I had a lot of trouble with the corn tortillas. I warmed, filled and rolled them one at a time, but the tortillas cooled and crumbled as I rolled them and put them on the baking sheet. I also cooked them for only 15 minutes instead of 25, but the tortillas were brittle and overdone. Next time, I'll try flour tortillas.
