"This is such a great summer lunch salad! I'm allergic to lettuce so I use baby spinach in its place. The dressing is great too!"

Grilled Texas Turkey Burgers
"These burgers were so tasty! The only problem is that they tend to fall apart when cooking them. I read the other reviews and added some breadcrumbs but they are still very delicate. The flavor definitely makes them worth it though!"

Oven-Roasted Vegetables
"We absolutely love this recipe! Its a fun and flavorful way to eat veggies and you get your potatoes and vegetable all in one pan! I've even swapped out the vegetables based on what is in my refrigerator... acorn squash cubes are very good, even carrots and green beans (although you might have to bake them longer to soften them!) Definitely recommend them with roasted chicken! yum!"

Chicken Paprika Shepherd's Pie

I'm not a big fan of traditional shepherd's pie, but I loved this recipe! The potatoes and gravy were great and I loved that the dish is complete with veggies! A great weekday meal!

Raspberry-Laced Vanilla Cake
Rating:
I made this cake for my husband's last birthday. He loved it! I have to say, it is a very rich, dense cake. We could only eat a small slice per serving, but it was wonderful. Definitely a "special" occasion cake, but worth the effort!

Oven-Roasted Vegetables
Rating:
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I did make a few changes... I peeled both the potatoes and sweet potato. As much as I liked the flavor it was a little too hot for me, Next time I will either use half the suggested amount of red pepper or try black pepper instead.
