"Are you replacing it with a lower clorie butter or a sugar substitute like splenda. i find when i use those types of things it does change my final product a bit."

"you can basically put anything in a meatloaf... tomatoes, ketchup, onion, peppers, mushrooms, anything you like the key is to make sure you use an egg a half pound and a sleeve of ritz crackers for every pound and kep an eye on the outside of the meatloaf"
