Layered Cream Cheese-Sweet Potato Pie This dessert was absolutely perfect. Not too sweet or rich, but still very creamy with the taste of fall. All I had was a deep pie dish so I doubled up on the cream cheese filling and it came out great! We made it for my husbands birthday since he is not a cake person, but loves pie! Will definetly make again.
