Slow Cooker Beef and Creamy Potato Casserole We really like this at our house! I have four kids and it is a great dinner for a crazy school night! It is easy and inexpensive. I do agree it could use a little more flavor,but adding the extra fried onions on top give it that crunch and more onion flavor. Cheese always makes everything better also. I make this atleast once a month!
