"Just made these for the first time. I added a 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and a second egg to the mixture. I used a cheddar/jack combo for the cheese instead of the mozzarella. I also used a whole wheat biscuit mix instead of the Bisquick. At the end,I rolled the balls in parmesan cheese and they were great. I baked them for the entire 15 minutes. A fantastic recipe for the season ahead and for all year round!!! "
