"Super easy to make! Because I took the extra pieces of both pie shells and rolled them out, I was able to get about 12 pies from this mix with filling left over. Add a potato side ( we chose tater tots) and your favorite stout ( or any other Irish ale)and you have a great St. Patrick's Day dinner alternative to corned beef and cabbage! This is definitely a keeper!"

"Really easy recipe! The basting sauce is heavenly and makes the meat taste delicious. What I loved about this recipe was that all the ingredients for the basting sauce were normal items that a cook would have in her cabinet. Add that to the cooking time not being an entire day and have a healthy, yummy meal in time for a Sunday dinner. I'm seriously considering using this recipe for my next Thanksgiving or even Easter Sunday Dinner! Very fast and delicious!"
