"As always, I doubled the recipe for a hungary family of five. We, all, thought it was too sweet tasting. Next time I will omit half of the apple cider & replace it with the juice from the saurkraut and add more salt & pepper. Aside from that, it was very filling and tasty. The meat was spectacularly moist & tender. A great winter, comfort food. I will certainly make this again & often."

"This was delicious!!! My entire family of hungary, picky eaters loved it. I did not use the Zucchini that the recipe called for. I used extra mushrooms,one red chili pepper (intact) and chili seasoning, for more of a kick, and poured the soup over noodles just before serving. I also added chopped avacado to the recipe. Next time I will add more Lentel beans but on the whole this was a great, very filling recipe!!!!"
