"We loved it. I did alter the recipe as follows. • Used 3/4 fresh green bell pepper and 1/2 large sweet onion, both diced instead of frozen. • Used 16 oz. of sausage instead of 8 oz. of sausage. - 8 oz. wouldn't be enough! • Used 1 can diced tomatoes, drained instead of fresh. • Used ground black pepper and cayenne pepper instead of black/red pepper blend. • I used a 12 inch skillet. Easy and pretty fast to make, tasted good and had nice texture. Enough for 4 large servings. I will make this again."
