"I used the expert tip about the tomato basil soup. It was much tastier than the plain tomato soup. I also used whatever frozen solo veggie I have in the freezer and so far we prefer sliced carrots, or green beans, or peas, or corn. Good, hearty and simple!"

"Thanks, all, for your suggestions tweaking the recipe. This was a fantastic main dish and simple and fast enough with everyday ingredients in the pantry. Because it seemed as if the meat needed some "internal" seasoning, I added two envelopes of onion soup mix. I also used two mushroom soup mixes from envelope following the envelope directions. We will definitely be doing this one again. Thanks again for all of your suggestions!"

"So simple, that I love it for that reason alone. I "double" the recipe with one can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom and add green beans and corn. The cream of chicken with garlic really adds some taste. I also use the pre-cooked chicken in the bag - hey, this is supposed to be a fast recipe! - and double that. Whether we have more liquid or less, this always is a hit! And use the paprika!"

"This soup just hits the spot. I followed the directions to a T the first time and it was a hit. The next time I added pre-cooked chicken pieces which are fajita flavored and that added more taste. Without that it does need salt and pepper. I added more carrots (frozen, sliced) than called for and that went over well. Will definitely try the velveeta and bacon bits! I love that it is so fast and easy!"
