Slow Cooker Meaty Italian Spaghetti Sauce This sauce is the best ever! I wanted to cut down on processed foods, and finding this recipe alone made the search worth it. I chose to use only one pound of meat (which I used the sweet italian sausage). I am curious how a vegetarian version might turn out. As I've made it with the meat and following the recipe, it is 10 stars in my book!!!
