Fabulous Fiesta Cake
"This cake is fantastic, Coffee and Chocolate mix so well. The only thing I did different was on the mousse, I do not have a food processor so while the whipping cream and sugar was melting, I got another pot and melted the chocolate chips, then added the whipping cream and sugar to it once it was ready along with the other ingredients, then poured into a bowl and beat it until creamy. Also, Instead of coffee liqueor, I just used cold coffee. "

Pork Chop Skillet Dinner
"I browned the pork chops, then took them out and added the chicken broth, seasoning, and potatos so the potatos would cook a little bit since all the other reviews said they were hard for them. I used garlic powder, a pinch of basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper for seasoning.. I only used potatos because we dont like carrots or onions, but loved the dinner. It was delicious, and I let it simmer a little longer since i used a little over a cup of broth, and it had plenty of flavoring! I also used butterfly pork chops :)"

Impossibly Easy Creamy Topped Pumpkin Cheesecake
"OMG This is the best cheesecake ever, I dont think I will ever want just a plain cheesecake again. I doubled the recipe and added a little bit more pumpkin spice, it smelled so good while it was cooking that I could barely wait. It is cooling right now but we might have to dip into it warm. Everyone should try it. "

Healthified Chicken Tortilla Casserole
"Was very good! I left out the milk after reading everyones review saying it was kind of like dip, and soggy... and glad I did because it was still really soft without it! and Instead of getting green chiles and tomatos separte I just got a can of rotel and used that. "

Three-Cheese Beef Pasta Shells
Rating:
This was awesome.. I used hunts meant spaghetti sauce because I dont like chunks of tomatos and I didnt use parsley and I added a cup of cheese instead of a 1/2 on top.. I was kinda worried I wouldnt like it because im picky and dont like onions or anything like that, so the cream cheese with chives and onions threw me, but it is delicious!

Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
Rating:
I am a very picky eater, I dont eat onions or peppers or anything like that.. So this was a good dish for me. It tasted amazing, I wanted a little more extra cheese and I didnt have any exra montery jack but I did have Gordos white cheese sauce (the kind the mexican restaraunts have) and I drizzled it all over. It was awesome! My fiance and I ate the whole pan. Will def make it again!
