Pesto Ravioli with Chicken
Nice and easy dinner, well liked by the fam. Took a previous reviewer's tip and seasoned the chicken before cooking with some garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Next time will add some mushrooms, maybe some red pepper flakes at the end. This is a keeper.

Grilled Buffalo Shrimp Salad
This got rave reviews from my cards group. Made a few changes: in addition to the carrots and celery, added chopped red onion, grape tomatoes, a bit of shredded cheddar cheese and some garlic croutons. Served with homemade ranch dressing with blue cheese crumbles added. Also, shrimp tends to dry out on the barbeque, so saute'd them quickly on the stove, maybe 3 mintues total. There wasn't a plate on the table with any food left on it. Will definitely be making this one again.

Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
This was pretty good. Family liked it, which is always the test. I followed the directions and didn't add any seasoning, other than pepper, as I thought the gravy might make it too salty. However, it wasn't too seasoned at all. Next time I'll add a little seasoning to the meat before cooking.

Quick Italian Chicken and Rice
Would agree this is a 4 spoon recipe, but made a few modifications and it became a 5. Cooked chicken as directed, but used aborrio rice since I had it on hand. Added butter, onion and garlic and browned the rice as if making risotto. Then slowly added in chicken broth, tomatoes and a little extra water as the rice cooked. Added chicken at the end with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Very tasty topped with fresh Parmesan. Family loved it. Will definitely make again.

Grilled Flank Steak Salad with Parmesan Crisps
I'll give this a solid 4 spoons. The salad with warm steak and asparagus was very good. Entire family enjoyed it. Didn't have radishes on hand so added red onion, tomatoes and croutons. Was running a little shy of fresh Parmesan so added a bit of shredded cheddar to Cheese Crisps. Probably could have cooked them a little longer than 8 minutes as they weren't quite crispy. Some family members used ranch dressing instead of balsamic and enjoyed equally as well. We'll have this again.
