"I found that it has been very useful to use bisquick to help out my quick pie dinner. In this recipe, I skipped the onion powder and add 3/4 beef broth, still works great! here are some pix for my experiment :P http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/03/beef-pot-pie.html"

"the family prefer not-too herby and spicy meal, so I change the ingredient such as using cheese recipe starter and plain Progresso panko. It is still really good. Most important: quick easy dinner. here are some pix http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/03/parmesan-chicken-penne.html Out of the recipe starter again..lol"

"I used non-garlic potato powder and plain bread crumbs because the kid does not like the herby taste. The portion of this recipe is perfect! and I got 12 nice looking meat loaf cupcakes. My family loves it. Here are some pix to show how I tried it out http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/02/meat-loaf-and-potato-cup.html"

"I made a similar version of the soup based on this and another recipe (slow cook cheesy potato soup from Betty Crocker). I did not add that much milk and used unsalted Progresso chicken broth, forgot to mix the ham and skipped the sour cream. But still really yummy :) Here are the pix and modifications I made (also, this is big size meal, I cut down the size a lot) http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/02/cheesy-potato-soup.html It is going to be in our regular dinner list ;) "

Honey Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

I was really happy to see the recipe came out since the kiddo is too young to like (appreciate) garlic/herb in the food. The only problem as I suspected was the sugar-honey-salt mix is a little bit tough to blend it well and coat. It does take some time to blend it and eventually I add an egg. I enjoy it with honey mustard dressing and here are some pix I did. http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/01/honey-brown-sugar-chicken-tenders.html I think it is something you really should try :)'cuz it smells nice in the oven.

My hubby likes sloppy Joe, so that is THE idea for the dinner today. I did not get the gluten free one, because I still have some Bisquick left. But glad that Bisquick has this option for my next shopping list. Here are some pictures, and I am eating it...nice..really for really fast way to make it happen. http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/01/sloppy-joe-pot-pie.html

Just made it today. I had frozen chicken breast so I had to pre-cook the chicken. Eventually I put the crumb-mix on the top of the chicken. It came out nicely and I enjoy it. (Panko crumbs rocks) Some pix here, in case you would not believe it :P http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/01/cheddar-bacon-chicken-tenders.html

I came out some new use of recipe starters and realized it is sort of similar to this bacon mac'n cheese except no pasta but mashed potato. The recipe starters cheese cream can help me to blend the mixture easier by hands and also brought up the taste of the cheese Here are some modifications I made :) http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/01/mama-chais-cheesy-bacon-potato-casserole.html Got to get another can

I used Bisquick instead of Pillsbury ( just don't have one right away). And I only simplified it till the basic 'cuz I was not sure how it would be. It is actually good with the dough of Bisquick. Here is some real pictures of what I have done. :) http://www.chaisfood.com/2012/12/cocktail-hot-dog.html I am happy I found this recipe.
