I can't speak for everyone, but, to me, a slow cooker is what I use to enjoy a home-cooked meal after a full day of work. The short cooking time for this dish renders it useless in that respect. I tried it on a day off & won't be making it again. Oven-baked lasagna requires the same amount of ingredients & prep time (w/shorter cook time), but yields far better results. With either method, try adding 2 raw eggs, parsley, salt & pepper to the ricotta mix for a creamier texture.
