Impossibly Easy Sausage Breakfast Pie
"This is incredibly YUMMY! I used spicy sausage, maybe a tad bit more cheese (sharp cheddar) and a tad bit more of the wet mixture and it was GREAT! I'm guessing it is the shredded frozen potatoes in it but it just melts right in your mouth! I cooked the sausage, onions and red peppers the night before and stuck those in the fridge. Next morning, heated them slightly and proceeded with the recipe. Was done putting together in like 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend!!"

Maple Walnut White Chocolate Chip Cookies
"These are YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! And I love that you start with a cookie mix. So incredibly easy. Hmmmm, the smell of maple, Christmas time and a warm cup of coffee all together...FABULOUS!"

Creamy Seafood Pasta
"This was good. A little more time consuming for me than the 30 mins indicated :-) Don't think I used the right shrimp b/c it wasn't available at the store so may have had some impact on the taste. Unsure about this one, it was good but neither my daughter nor I were WOW'ed."

Banana-Nut Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting
"This was okay, but was just too much like banana nut bread instead of "cake." The icing was YUMMY, I even added more peanut butter to it. But even as sweet and peanut buttery as it was I was surprised that the flavor still seemed to be somewhat overpowered by the banana. Also, I added some semi-sweet chocolate chips to it, which were a welcome addition."

Cheesy Mexican Corn Bake
"This was just "ok". May have been my fault b/c I didn't use the poblano (?) peppers. Used chopped green chilies instead and probably should've used more. Would've been better with slightly more "kick" to it."

Seaside BLT Pasta Salad
Rating:
This was an interesting combination. I used the imitation crab meat (sort of shredded it) in this and spiced it up a little with Phillips Seafood Seasoning (to taste) before adding to salad. Everyone seemed to enjoy for our Father's Day gathering.

Strawberries and Cream Dessert Squares
Rating:
Made this for Easter and everyone LOVED it...had to fight to keep one small piece to carry home. My crust was a little thicker (made in 13X9 pan)so thought maybe I should try jellyroll pan next time, but everyone said that's WHY they loved it...the crust was so yummy! Will make again, although to me a little labor intensive with chopping all those strawberries!

Tastiest Turkey Meat Loaf
Rating:
First time making turkey meatloaf and it was YUMMY! I did use a combination of wheat loaf bread pulled into small pieces and the italian breadcrumbs and added a pinch extra of italian seasoning. Other than that, followed recipe and it was great! Love the sauce on top!

Oatmeal-Chocolate Chip Cookies
Rating:
I'm sure these are yummy, but here's a little time saver...just use the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip BC cookie mix!!! I then add chopped dates (the baking kind, sort of sugary coated) and pecans and you have the BEST cookie...it's my signature cookie and one that EVERYONE loves and asks for! The secret is NOT TO OVERBAKE!!! Take them out when they look just a little underdone then let them sit/set on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes!
