Slow Cooker Sweet and Savory Brisket of Beef Savory and delicious. I used Wyler's reduced sodium beef cubes diluted in water in microwave. I used Carne Asada & Bistec steak & meat seasoning rubbed into the beef brisket. I used my grandmother's Rivel Slow Cooker Crockpot (low heat). Added new potatoes and heirloom carrots from farmers market and onions to cook. Serve with Countryside Bar-B-Q-Sauce on the side (Chase's Original Family Recipe). We enjoy using dried apricots and honey-crisp (sweet/tart) apples.
