"Good basic recipe that you can "make your own" depending on what you have available in your kitchen. I made this last night and it was wonderful. Made it with half shrimp and half canned lump crab meat, didn't have Swiss, so used pepper jack cheese with the parm. I needed to use up some cream, so used that and didn't have artichoke hearts, but used artichoke bottoms, sliced. I even made up a half recipe for Cajun spice mix, since I didn't have it on hand, but had the ingredients. I did use the red pepper flakes and all in all, it was a delicious meal. I will definitely be making this again. Husband LOVED it! "

"These are SO GOOD! I made them exactly to the recipe, though I messed up and didn't divide the bisquick mixture into two, but when I realized this, I pushed the crab mixture down into it a little and it still turned out great. Try this recipe, you will like it."

"The chutney was fabulous. I had never had it with cheese before, but the combination of the tastes was sooo good! I thought the idea about cutting the cheese with a leaf cutter was cute, but due to time constraints, did not do. The chutney can be made several days ahead of time. I retains it fresh flavor and the leftovers are great! I did not have golden raisins and used regular and it still was great."

"This was so delicious! Even better than I imagined it when I read the recipe. I was surprised how good it was! I did not have any green peppers, so substituted a small canned tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel) plus a can of regular diced tomatoes to approximate the 28 oz. can called for in the recipe. It turned out great! My recipe cooked in under the time called for for the sausage and veggie mixture. The shrimp did not take anywhere near an hour to cook, so keep an eye on yours. Do try this, it was so good!"

I thought this would be very good, but turned out to be way too bland. When reheating leftovers, I added garlic poweder and more basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the mixture, which improved it tremendously. I will make this again with these additions.
