I am rating this 5 spoons because this is almost the same recipe I use to make meatloaf...except I use 1/2 ground beef & 1/2 ground pork...so this recipe for meatballs should be very tasty.

I wouldn't even add salt...never do. I've never seen the need it. Go ahead and make them and enjoy! These look delicious without even trying them...you can just tell after baking for a long time.

Ultimate Chicken Fingers
These were just yummy! My husband is hard to please with food lately, so I've been trying new recipes that I've found on this site. He just loved them...they're great hot with any kind of potato or rice. They're also wonderful on a nice big salad. Am I the only one out there that uses Reynolds No-Stick Foil? That stuff is terrific and I use it for anything that I think might stick.Get yourself some next time you go shopping and stop fretting about coatings falling off/sticking to the foil.

Gluten-Free Favorite Chicken Nuggets
These are really tasty and so easy to make...I just added a little cajun seasoning to the batter for a little more zip. You don't even need any sauce if you don't like dips. Helpful hint...whenever I make anything that can stick to foil or a pan, like these nuggets, I use Reynolds non-stick foil...it really does work; and the clean-up is a snap! Enjoy!!!!
