Spicy Tex Mex Chicken Cobbler
"Delicious!! I could not find the diced tomatoes and onions with lime juice so I substituted diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotelle)and added about a tablespoon of lime juice. The topping was thick so I had to spoon it on and carefuly spread it rather than "pouring" it on. There was just enough topping and it came out nice and crisp. Great blend of flavors and this recipe is a keeper! We skipped the avocado."

"THE BEST ever. I have made these a number of times and we all love them. I have never changed the basic ingredients, however, I line my cookie sheet with non-stick foil and rather than using butter or margarine I spray the non-stick foil and chicken with cooking spray. We LOVE these wrapped in flour tortillas with lettuce, tomato and a little bleu cheese dressing. Thank you Betty."
