Lemon Cheesecake
"I made this cheesecake for my birthday - my family loved it! :D I only made a few changes...I added fresh lemon zest to the batter, and then to the whipped topping as well! Then I took a slice of lemon and dipped it in sugar and placed it on a bit of whipped topping in the center of the cheesecake! It came out wonderfully beautiful! :D The crust was a bit thick and it was more doughy than I'd expected when I put it in the pan - so next time I'll make it in the food processor with a bit colder butter so it is more crumb-like. ;)"

Dutch Apple Pannekoeken
"This was really good! It did not taste egg-y and my mom who hates eggs even liked it! I did add about a 1/4-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract to the batter as someone suggested, and I think that's why it tasted so good. The apples were nicely flavored and weren't hard at all (i used granny smith's). I had plenty of batter to fill the pan...make sure you don't over cook the batter part. Once it starts to collect together, it's done! I think if you over cook the batter, that's why some may have had trouble with it. I will be making this a bunch! quick and easy (about 20 min or less to get in the oven)!"

S'mores Brownies
"I was wondering...what pan should you use so it can go into the broiler? I wanted to make these but I can't put our glass pan in the broiler..it'll shatter! What do you suggest? This recipe looks so good, I really would like to try it!"

Old-Fashioned Potato Salad (Gluten Free)
"Wow! This recipe was so easy! I am very picky about my potato salad and most of my family don't really like it very much, but we all loved this! My uncle was visiting and he said he doesn't usually like potato salad either, but he really liked this! I have made it twice now! I made it for a church potluck (where it was devoured!) and for a cook-out! Thanks Betty Crocker!"
