Gluten Free Chicken and Dumplings has anyone tried to make German spaetzle with this recipe? I'm making chicken parprekash for a dinner party and I just can't find a recipe that doesn't call for 10 ingredients plus the cost to buy it all is outragous!! I think I could use this recipe the only difference would be instead of dropping them into the stock or salted water buy the spoonfull I would drag a knife across the mixture in small incruments (like a string) and drop them into the liquid. Sound good?
