"Very good and super quick and easy to make. I didn't measure the pepper or italian seasoning. It didn't seem like that would be enough. I just sprinkled quite a bit on both sides. The first time I made this, the vegetables were almost burnt before the pork was thoroughly cooked (still showed pink) so the second time I made this, I pounded the pork to make them very thin. This time both the pork and vegetables were done at the same time. My husband who doens't like vegetables ate the vegetables in this recipe and liked the flavor of the pork."

"Made this recipe exactly as written except I didn't add red pepper sauce. I couldn't find yellow split pea and just used green split peas. This recipe was excellent. My entire family liked it and even my picky husband. Added Town House crackers to each bowl. My kids said I was an excellent cook with this recipe."

"EXCELLENT recipe! My husband rarely comments on my cooking one way or the other, but this one finally made him give me the ultimate compliment. He said this was the best pork he has ever had. I followed recipe's directions in regard to cooking temperature for the first 5 minutes and thereafter, and it turned just the way it should. Wasn't charred like others mentioned, but crispy and juicy on the inside. It was fast and easy to make. Will make again and will try it with chicken too."

"This recipe is great! Very easy to make. I microwave the potatoes and carrots halfway because the potatoes and carrots never seemed to get done at the same time as the pork did. That helped even things out. Every recipe I''ve tried so far through Betty Crocker has been a winner in my family."
