Extra-Easy Pizza
"The time has returned for using good, old favorite, Bisquick! Makes the fastest pizza crust, top with anything you have hanging in the fridge, some grated cheese, and you have dinner, or evening snack for several people hanging around. I keep 2 boxes in the cabinet now."

Chocolate-Stuffed Pancakes
"I can't believe that the picture only has "1/2 teaspoon" of Nutella in there! I mean, if you are going to make a treat like this, a person would use more than that, wouldn't you guys agree? The title should read "Nutella-Stuffed Pancakes", so people will know what it really is. We had it for our son's 10th. birthday breakfast."

Stove-Top Lasagna
Rating:
I used ground turkey to cut the fat, reduced fat cheeses, real mushrooms and more of them, and real garlic. Ragu sauce. Breaking up the noodles helped to make it cook faster, but a quick meal, served to sudden guests!

Cut this into 9 squares, but no further, if you gotta have tiny pieces, don't even make this, no point. Have some broccoli and call it a treat...........

Impossibly Easy Pumpkin-Pecan Pie
Rating:
I make this the healthier way, with Splenda, Smart Balance, egg subs., non fat canned milk, whole wheat pastry flour to add to the Bisquick. Only problem is, cutting EIGHT pieces, we usually cut a nine inch pie into 6 pieces, 8 pieces are too small, for something that people don't usually eat every day, and are happy to have an indulgence now and then.

I'm wondering as to the person who cuts out 16 of these in that 9 inch. square pan?? Come now, are you joking around or something?? Who eats a one inch by one inch brownie?? Maybe some of us should, but that really ain't gonna happen in the real world!! Wink Wink............

Healthified Smothered Pork Chops
Rating:
I used beef broth instead of water, and a bit more than half a can, used fat free cream of mushroom soup, and always use fat free sour cream, great change of pace way to fix those thin pork chops that are economical from our local market. I use cooked red potatoes for the starch.
