"Excellent pizza!! I did substitute turkey sausage for the ground meat and also used low fat cheeses and sour cream but it came out wonderful. The crust was super and the flavors melted in together. Even the cucumber was great! There is some prep work to do but it was well worth it!"

"This cake was a big hit at my party! I embellished it by cutting it half, whipping up a quick custard of one small box of vanilla pudding with 1/3 cup of milk and 1 half of a bar of cream cheese. I spread that on top of the bottom layer and then add sliced strawberries in about a cup and a half of strawberry gel (you can buy it at the store). Then I iced it with whipped cream, put it in the freezer for about an hour and topped with the berries just before the party!! "

"What an excellent fresh salad! We made this yesterday and my sister raved over it!! I would suggest using a Vidalia onion for a more mild flavor and also to make it up just before it is to be served. When you make up the dressing, it may not seem like there will be enough, but it is enough!! Enjoy!"

"I made this recipe for my mother's birthday yesterday and my family truly loved it!! I also used apricot preserves. Thanks for the tip on getting a digital thermometer. Even though it was a little over-done, after boiling the remaining marinade, we used it on the meat. It was very tender and tasty. My 4 teenagers loved it as well as my 4 year old!"

"Pretty quick meal and filling. I agree with some of the other reviews that the flavors could be improved with additional quick ingredients like ground sausage, onion, garlic and basil as well as more sauce. My kids ate it up!!"
