Stars and Stripes Cake This cake was a big hit at my party! I embellished it by cutting it half, whipping up a quick custard of one small box of vanilla pudding with 1/3 cup of milk and 1 half of a bar of cream cheese. I spread that on top of the bottom layer and then add sliced strawberries in about a cup and a half of strawberry gel (you can buy it at the store). Then I iced it with whipped cream, put it in the freezer for about an hour and topped with the berries just before the party!!

Grilled Peach- and Mustard-Glazed Pork Tenderloin I made this recipe for my mother's birthday yesterday and my family truly loved it!! I also used apricot preserves. Thanks for the tip on getting a digital thermometer. Even though it was a little over-done, after boiling the remaining marinade, we used it on the meat. It was very tender and tasty. My 4 teenagers loved it as well as my 4 year old!
