Gluten Free Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake i would really like this coffee cake if it weren't so dry. I even tried adding apples, but that didn't work. It needs something to make it moister. I think the flavor is good, but the streusel is very dry and falls off. I hope someone can tweak this recipe for us.

Gluten Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I thought the chocolate and the pumpkin were not really a good combo, but that's just my opinion. They are easy and I might try to tweak the recipe as others have done to see if I can improve the taste. I think if Betty Crocker could add a cookie mix minus the chocolate chips to the line, we could really come up with some neat recipes. Thank you Betty Crocker for these amazing mixes. I have tried them all.
