Impossibly Easy Ham and Cheddar Pie I made a huge ham last night and was looking for something different to do with the leftovers. I had all the ingredients needed for this pie except for the green onion so I substituted regular onion. I should have cooked it a little ahead of time so it wasn't so strong. Other than that, it was wxcellent and everyone loved it. I should have made 2 because there are no leftovers and we all could have eaten more!! Will definately make again and share with friends.
