"This recipe was SOOO delicious . Oh excuse me i'm still eating some . But yes i really loved it . the potato and vegetable combo was so scrumptous . i mean the taste that it leaves in your mouth even after its gone is just O .O .O so good . oh and don;t get me started on that cilantro dressing sister girl ! it's so rich and thick and creamy it just melts in your mouth. "I tried this recipe with all 15 of my kids. Even though I had to just about quadruple the ingredients, it was delicious and everyone loved it. I usually serve it after my 6 son's soccer games. Thanks BETTY CROCKER website ! You have truly helped a football, soccer , hockey, volleyball, tennis , golf , lacrosse , and ballet mom out."
