Mini Apple Pies
"This recipe was easy to make but I thought that it was very bland in taste. I would've liked for it to have been a little sweeter. I did have some leftover crust and just used a small cookie cutter to put different shapes on top."

Chocolate Mint Pinwheels
"This recipe was great! My daughter and I worked together to do this. I used Peppermint extract and the taste was perfect and not over-powering. I've never rolled my own cookies and cut them like this. I wanted to make more just to store in the freezer for those last minutes snack needs."

Holiday Cake Bon Bons
"I loved this recipe. It was a bit time consuming but great fun for my daughter and I. There are so many possibilites for decorating and flavors. My daughter and I bought 3 bags of melts (white, red and green) and decorated them with crushed peppermints, nuts, coconut, colored sprinkles and the melts themselves. My mix took about 1.5 hours cool so that we could roll them. The only thing that I had a problem with was how rich they were and how fast the melts dried on the mix. But overall people loved these little bit-sized goodies and so did I!"

Monogrammed Cream-Filled Cupcakes
"This recipe was INCREDIBLE! My family and friends loved these. I was a little scared when it came to the dipping. I wanted to keep the chocolate from burning and hardening. But the cook time was perfect. I made exactly 24 cupcakes and had extra vanilla icing at the end. The only problem that I had with this recipe was that filling was a little runny. But then again the cupcakes were a bit warm when we ate them. Other than that I give this one an A+!!! "

This is a great recipe. I made this for my co-workers and they RAVED about this cake. It was easy to make, moist and looked beautiful. Next time though, I think I'll take more time out to chop the cherries.--2 thumbs up!

Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
Rating:
I was really excited about this recipe after reading all of the reviews. However, after mixing all of my ingredients (along w/ 1 tsp. vanilla) the mix was extremely dry. I double checked all of the ingredients but the mix was not staying together (it was the consistency of bread crumbs) at all unless I smashed it between my hands, and it still started to fall apart on the cookie sheet. After baking that batch they did not taste very good. So I added 1/4 more butter and 1 more egg into the mix. That batch turned out wonderfully!!

Buttery Chocolate Chip Cookies
Rating:
This was the best chocolate chip cookie that I''ve ever tasted. My family and friends came over for Thansgiving and needless to say, by the end of the night they were all gone. I think these will be a big hit at my office party!!
