"It was ok. The garlic mayo overpowered the pork. next time i'll only use 2 cloves instead of 3. I also had to add some water to the pot so the pork would not dry out. "

It was ok. The garlic mayo overpowered the pork. next time i'll only use 2 cloves instead of 3. I also had to add some water to the pot so the pork would not dry out.
