"WOW! Like a quesadilla in a pan! So yummy with sour cream and extra salsa on the side. I doubled the recipe and put it in a 9x13 pan. I had extra chicken/salsa that didn't fit in the casserole so I topped it on my husband's plate. This is one of my faves for sure!"

"I have a big bag of apples from an orchard I went to and was looking for an easy apple recipe! This one was amazing! I already had all the ingredients in the house and it was soooooo yummy! Granted, my caramel apple dessert didn't look anything like the picture, but the warm, sweet, gooey, melt in your mouth goodness made up for it!"

"WOW! These tasted awesome! They will be the perfect treat to take along to a BBQ this summer! It is a light and refreshing cookie that screams summertime with every bite!!! Not only were they very easy, they were also a very inexpensive cookie to make. Next batch I'm going to doulbe the lime!"
