Ham and Cheese Foldover Sandwiches
"These tasted GREAT! I used leftover ham and cheddar cheese. I also used ranch instead of dijon on some of the pockets. Either option is very tasty."

Buttermilk Granola Bread
"It worked out very easily. It's very hearty, and I even replaced a cup of whole wheat flour for the white for a healthier touch. It's almost like a cinnamon raisin bread when you use the granola with raisins."

Easy Chicken Pot Pie (Cooking for 2)
"Really not sure what went wrong. The dough didn't cook all the way through, but the insides were great. It wasn't too thick or thin,--but as always didn't turn out like the picture, but close."

Eggnog Cream Puffs
"I may need feedback on this one, but: I scooped the batter/dough into a muffin tin to make it more uniform looking (even though they look like muffins), and the filling turned out great with a light eggnog flavor. My problem was when I was mixing/beating the flour dough ball with the eggs. It came out lumpy with beaten eggs. It didn't come out very smooth. The end result from the oven was crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. I think that's how it goes, but being the first time making the cream puffs, it turned out okay. I just don't know what the batter's supposed to look like, because my puffs don't look like the picture. The flavor, though, is just right."

Spicy Skillet Chicken
"Each part of this meal had its place, but I put it in a bowl and layered it (Rice, beans, Chicken) and enjoyed the flavors mixing together. Apart, the rice of course is just plain; the beans & corn were bland (even with medium spicy salsa); & I took the earlier suggestion to slice the chicken as seen in the picture to then coat w/ spices in a ziploc then cook them, & they were kinda spicy. So, mixing it: loved it!"

Italian Sausage Lasagna
Rating:
I enjoy lasagna period. With this recipe I used the cottage cheese (32 oz) and just had enough. It may be me, but I can never get enough layers. I got 2 noodle layers and not enough room for a 3rd noodle layer. Se la vi, but the lasagna''s great.

Hot Fudge Sundae Cake for Two
Rating:
My husband and I made this for Valentine''s day earlier this year and I''m taking it to work with me (2 parts to separate the liquid from the dry, then heat up the water for the top when I get on my lunch break). My dad grew up with a recipe for a full 8x8 dish of it he likes to call Chocolate upside Down cake. It''s all the same and still tastes delicious.
