"Wow; another great recipe, Quick, easy and taste great. I dislike making the traditional piecrust, so this one is for me. Some additional modification I’ve made; was to add some golden raisins between the apple layers (not on top, they'll over cook), the kids loved it. Make sure you use a 9-inch pie pan and observe the 1-inch space around the edge of the pan to allow the crust to raise around the edges. Did I forget to say; Quick and Easy!"

"This is a great bread pudding recipe, I've made it several times for the office, and of course it disappeared at no time at all (heck it's the office. Then I made the mistake of making it for the family, same results. This recipe is very easy to modify, I even tried it without letting it stand in the cooler for two hours. One hint, sprinkle some extra brown sugar on top, around the corners and edges, makes a great hard rim around the top. I always add a tsp of Vanilla Extract, but for the grown-up try not using the berries instead add a tsp of Anise Extact, great with a cup of coffee after a meal."
