Grilled Taco-Spiced Chicken I made this last night. It was quick, it was easy, it was tasty. What more do you need? I followed other's suggestions and flattened out the breasts for even cooking. Also, once done, I sliced in strips and then added the sauce. I served with tortillas, rice and beans. It was a great hit. Next time, I will squeeze some lime juice over the finished product. I was concerned the breasts would be dry, but this ended up being unfounded.
