"This was pretty and easy and tasted pretty good, though a bit bland for me. Also, instead of melting all lovely like in the picture, the cheese on top just sort of turned into a hard crust. Next time I'll wait and add the cheese when there are only 15 or so minutes left, I think that will help. I'm also thinking of adding some spices to the meat to give it that extra spicy kick and maybe adding some re-fried beans and more enchilada sauce next time too."

"This was really delicious! It had good flavor without being overpowering. I changed the recipe a bit by adding some frozen corn and peas to boost the fiber, texture, and flavor. I think they work really well in this dish. I also sprinkled the top of the dish with a touch of garlic salt and paprika before baking. I will be making this one again, it's almost like an American shepherds pie."

"Really good though WAY too salty! There was also no sauce to speak of. Next time I'll use low sodium chicken broth and way up the addition of pineapple juice. The ginger flavor was nearly non existent as well so I'll definitely add more of that, of the pineapple, and of the pepper sauce (I use sambal oelek). I tried adding mango like one reviewer suggested and I must say that's a great addition."

"This was delicious! I had to add about twice as much apple juice as the recipe called for but it had great flavor and the chicken cooked up amazingly tender. Will very much be making this one again"
