"Although very yummy, stuffing the chicken was difficult. I actually tied the breats shut with twine and baked them upside down."

"I loved this meal! The only change I will make in the future is to use a fresh fajita package and fresh or canned corn rather than frozen. The bell peppers and onions were a bit mushy."
