This recipe is terrific, so very easy to make. I didnt have fresh tomatos so I used canned, had to use dried basil instead of fresh but it still turned out great! I'm not a big fan of tomato soup, the only reason I looked up this recipe was to make the zucchini & hambuger casserole which call for 1 can of tomato basil soup but I didn't want to make a special trip to town so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did, it's a keeper! This recipe would be a 5 if I was able to use fresh tomatos & basil.
