"Regarding Annoyingwebsites comment about not eating yogurt if you have celiac disease, there are some brands that contain corn starch and other grains so your doctor may just tell you to steer away from all yogurt. I went to a celiac disease site and found that there are several yogurts that are safe for celiacs to eat. Yoplait (made by Kraft), Mountain High Yougurt (says gluten-free on the container and is lower in sugar than other brands), and Kroger brand but I don't see that brand in our part of the States."

"Oh yum! Has anybody tried blanched or sliced almonds instead of peanuts? I'm not a huge peanut fan. Or I may add some Edamame beans too! Excellent Salad!"
