Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork with Root Beer Sauce
I've made this three times and it has turned out great each time. The last time I cooked it in a roasting pan in a low oven without browning it first because I was making such a large batch that it wouldn't fit in the slow cooker. I now "doctor" it with added fresh minced garlic and save the meat/rootbeer juices for the sauce liquid.
