"This was really good. My first attempt at a peanut sauce and I will be making this again. My only change was I used an American Lager (where I live its hard to acquire beer that isn't sold in a case, and if its not a popular brand forget about finding it). The sauce did stick to the noodles and vegetables like paste, so next time I might add a tablespoon or so of the pasta water to the sauce to keep it a smidge more wet. "

"When I peered in on it, when it was done, I figured it would taste like stewed pork. So glad I was wrong. Served over yellow rice and it was scrumptious. Thinking the leftovers would taste good wrapped up in a burrito."

"Delicious! This is a great recipe when you need something quick and tasty. Made it the way as listed, and I also made it with leftover beef. The next time I make it, I will prob use less sour cream and a pinch more cheese. "

I really thought this would be a little on the bland side. I was happy to be wrong. So easy to make, and loaded with flavor. A great way to use up extra chicken.

It was delicious. I did however, have a hard time getting my bacon to crisp in the time they suggested. It took about twice the time, and because of that, the onions and herbs started to burn. When I make this again, I think I will fry the bacon separately.

So delicious! I was a little leery about raisins in a tomato base, but they combine favors so well. I will say that you form patties by dolloping the bean mixture into the pan and press lightly to flatten out.
