"This was fabulous. Easy and probably the best beef stew I have ever made or tasted. I will definitely make this again. I did change one thing for my personal taste. I substituted two small 8 oz cans of tomato sauce instead of chopped tomatoes. I also thicken the sauce when finished with a little rue. "
