Creamy Meatballs and Potatoes
"This is a delicious meal! I did substitute frozen green beans for the brocolli due to family yukkies (my husband did say that he would probably not mind the brocolli in this recipe though). I had a hard time finding cream of onion soup (now that I have, it will become a pantry staple) and I did have to increase the water to 1/2 cup to keep the potatoes from burning even on low simmer. This recipe will become a staple in my regular cooking choices."

Savory Beef and Mushroom Pie
"This is an elegant main dish. Great flavor and texture and should you have leftovers, they heat up in the oven very well (cover with foil - 325 temp for 25 min). Never thought I could serve hamburger (except on a bun)for a dinner party but put this with a 'fancy' tossed salad and good rolls and your guests will think you really 'put on the agony' - NOT!"

Slow Cooker White Beans with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
"This was absolutely delicious! A big flavor change from your usual 'beans' meal. Be careful with the cooking time though, 4 hours can be too long."

Next Day Turkey Soup
"Turkey soup is not on our holiday leftover recipe list but this soup is really delicious! Family gave it a rave review. I used orzo as suggested but the egg noodle suggestion from sissiemom sounds really good - I think the sweet potato is the secret to this being sooo good tasting! "

String Pie
"This was a really good meal and the family loved the name. I did make a few changes: used beef instead of turkey, added garlic, and bake a 350 instead of 375. Will make this again - it gets a big family smiley face!"

Found this recipe very good for leftover turkey. Did up the milk to one cup to prevent dryness. Family really enjoyed this.

This is a very good dish. I enjoyed it having noodles instead of pasta all the time. The pizza-flavored variation is really good too!

Bacon-Cheeseburger Potato Pie

This is a hearty and tasty meal. Very filling and the family really liked it. I did, however, find it labor intensive yet a good meal if you have the time.

Impossibly Easy Cheesy Meatball Pie

Family really enjoyed this meal. I felt the potatoes though needed more seasoning than just salt and pepper. This would be good as mini pies also.

Salmon Patties
Rating:
This is a very good pattie. Doesn't fall apart in the pan like most patties do. This would be a good recipe for crab cakes also.
