"I LOVED this soup! 2 changes: 4 cups chicken stock and 4 cups water - just the right amount of saltiness; and pureed 3 cups and added it back to the pot - the best of both worlds of thickness and texture. For those whose attempts did not go so well - try it again! It is worth it."
