Layered Peanut Butter Bars
"These bars were a big hit at a tea party. People said they were "heavenly" and kept wanting more. However, the top 2 layers lifted off from the peanut butter cookie layer when I was cutting the bars. Thinking they were too cold, I waited until they were softer to cut the rest. The same thing happened. So, even though the flavor and texture were great, the bars tended to fall apart very easily!"

Creamy Garlic Pasta Primavera
"This pasta was easy to make and looked delicious, but it was pretty bland. The texture was perfect and it had just the right amount of chicken, pasta, and vegetables, but it needed something to give it more flavor. My husband said it was "good, but nothing special.""

Chocolate-Orange Truffle Cake
"My family loved this cake, but I think the recipe needs more orange peel. It could easily stand 4 T. Some people thought it was almond flavored instead of orange. Otherwise, it's a delicious cake!"

Ham and Cheese Muffins
"These muffins are unusually good! When I first served them, someone said, "What? You can't put meat in a MUFFIN!" But after he tried it he agreed that you can! These muffins are filling and have great flavor- I definitely recommend using sharp Cheddar."

Whole Wheat-Blueberry Muffins
"I LOVED this muffin recipe! These are the best blueberry muffins I've ever tasted. They actually have some substance, rather than just being full of fluff and falling apart in your hands. They have the perfect amount of sweetness and blueberries, and the whole wheat flour makes them unique."

Better-Than-Almost-Anything Cake
Rating:
This cake is pretty good, but so rich that it is rather overpowering. I love sweet things, but this is a bit much even for me. I think if you used half the caramel it would be better. Some people felt ill after having only a small piece.

Beef and Potato Dumpling Casserole
Rating:
This is a wonderful, filling recipe with lots of flavor and a nice comforting texture. The broccoli makes it more unique and delicious. Even the people who normally don't like casseroles liked this one!

Lemonade Party Cake
Rating:
This is the perfect spring cake! I served it for Easter dinner and nearly everyone wanted seconds. Some people wanted thirds! The amount of lemonade is just right.

Spicy Orange Pork Chops
Rating:
This is absolutely a delicious recipe! Pork has never been one of my favorite meats, but it is now! Everyone who tasted this recipe agreed that it was flavorful, tender and original. Plus it was quick and easy to make. I served it with green beans and white rice. I definitely recommend trying this recipe!
