"The meatballs are really good. However, the sauce was "too sweet" is the feed back that I received most from party goers. I doubled the recipe and I think next time I will cut back on the duck sauce because it IS very sweet on its own and then if you use a honey based or other sweet BBQ sauce it can become overwhelmingly sweet-- that is if you are not one for sweet sauces."

Creamy Pesto Dip

"This is a really good dip. My only change was that I used 2 Tbs. of finely minced yellow onion b/c I forgot the green onion at the market. I served it with fresh veggies and a french baguette slices that I lightly toasted with olive/garlic oil. A hit! The only thing I will do differently next time is cut down the lemon juice to only 1 tsp. Just my preference. This is a keeper! "

"If you pre-made the syrup/sugar & cleaned & readied your seeds you could put these together pretty quickly once guest arrived. I'd never heard of Prosecco before so I looked it up. A particular type of grape to make Sparkling white wine. Now I know! I think regular champagne would work too. It's different but if you like Gin...try it :}"
