"This was a very easy and delicious version of one of our favorite sandwiches. I made 2 modifications. I used a 12 oz. can of corned beef that I had in my pantry and broke it up over the batter. And I didn't use the sauerkraut, I am the only one who would eat it. Instead I served it with pickled red cabbage on the side. (making a "red reuben) It was a great Sunday night supper!!"

"These are really good! I added raisins to half of the dough and they are good too. Only bad thing, I couldn't stop eating them..."

"This was very easy and delicious. I doubled the recipe and used 1 10-oz can of Rotel + 1 28-oz can of petite diced tomatoes, used 4 c. of water, used whole wheat angel hair, and 1 can of red beans (drained) + 1 can of spicy chili beans with sauce. I also used frozen seasoning mix of peppers & onions + ~ 1/4-1/2 c. dried minced onion, (basically, I used what I had on hand, and fortunately it worked) We (hubby, 2 teen-aged boys + me) had it with sour cream and grated colby jack. I didn't say anything about it being meatless, I don't even think they noticed. Although, I'm sure that 1/2-1 lb. cooked ground meat would be a delicious addition."

"My teenage sons and I liked this recipe alot! It really was ready in 30 min. I "healthified" it by using only one envelope of the ramen noodle seasoning. I substituted green peas for brocolli (no brocolli in fridge or freezer) My son wished he could have had a third helping."
