Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup I read the reviews on this soup and almost talked myself out of making it. The only things I changed were I used fresh onion; lots of it. I put in a whole pkg of fresh cooked bacon and added a bay leaf. The first night, it was bland, but ok. My family decided it was not a recipe to make again The second night, it was fantastic! All the flavors combined and this recipe was voted back in.
